SHIPPING POLICY

Because we care

All shipments are shipped using next day air. Most shipments will arrive on or before 10:30 am. For rural areas UPS has a delivery commitment time of 12:30 or as late as 4:30 pm. Please note that next day air shipments are not "guaranteed" to arrive on time. NO refunds or credits will be given for shipping under any circumstances. Please email us if you have any questions. 

We currently do not ship outside of the 48 continental united states due to cost. 

We ship once the order is packed late afternoon the day before delivery date. This will minimis the amount of time the coral is in the box. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information to your email.

RETURNS

How we do it

We offer a 7 day guarantee on all coral purchases. If for any reason you lose a coral/frag within the guarantee period. Store credit will be issued ( We do not offer cash refunds). Store credit can be used to purchase other coral or accessories from our store . All returns are subject to inspection prior to issuance of store credit. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
